Mag Rush is available on our site and in store at our official retailers.

Your orders are shipped from just outside of Chicago, so shipping time will depend on how near or far you are from the windy city. We ship via FedEx or UPS which typically have shipping timeframes of 3-5 days.

Oops! We apologize that your Mag Rush delivery was missing an item. Please fill out our contact form here with your order number and let us know which item is missing. We’ll straighten this out right away.

Yes, we’re happy to help you process a return for your mag-rush.com purchase with the original receipt! Please Note: You must contact us and receive approval before shipping us your items. If items are shipped to us without notice and approval, we cannot process your refund. 

Ship Your Return

Please submit a request through our Returns Portal.
Simply follow these steps:

1. Enter your email address in the Returns Portal. Select your Order #, then select "Request Return."
2. Choose the items to return, then select the reason for return from the dropdown menu.
3. Select "Request Return." Once your request is approved, we'll ask you to mail your items back using the free shipping label provided.

Return Policy

All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.

• We currently are not accepting exchanges at this time. You can place a new order for an item, and separately mail the return.
• Your items must be in the condition received and in the original box and/or packaging.
• Opened Mag Rush sets purchased from www.mag-rush.com must include the original packing slip or receipt and can be returned for a refund.
• We are unable to issue refunds to gift recipients.
• Once you have provided the information needed for the return, we will issue a free return label for you to print and send in your items.
• Refunds will be credited to your account within 10 business days from the date the return is received.
